He is smart, sensitive and supportive. Every diagnosis and treatment I have received from him is spot on. He truly listens. I would never consider changing doctors and have followed him to his new location, even though it is farther and less convenient for me. He's great

Dr. Tu is one of the most attentive primary care doctors I have had. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, I think he's an excellent choice.

I recently switched to Dr. Tu at the start of the year, and I have to say I'm so glad that I did. He has never made me feel rushed while in the office with him. He truly listened to all of my issues that I have with a joint disorder, he didn't make me feel crazy or talk down to me (like I've had from my previous PCP). He talked to me about things I've tried and what new things we could try. And when I've had issues with any meds he's prescribed, I have sent emails via the portal and he's always quick to get back to me, will continue emailing until we come to a preferred outcome and send new Rxs if needed. So pleased with my care from him.

Dr. Tu is the best PCP that I have ever had. I have had many in my more than ¾ century. I chose a young doctor who is up to date, rather than an old doc who is set in his ways and is not interested in questions that challenge his ways or decision. I respect my doc as a scientific person, so I present Dr. Tu with data – date, event and readings – so he can connect the dots for my best care. Dr. Tu has been my PCP for more than 5 yrs, he answers my questions to my satisfaction, am very pleased.

I recently switched to Dr. Tu and the practice since my old doctor did not take my current insurance. I must say Dr. Tu is MUCH better than my old doctor. He does not rush and answers all the questions you have. He understands your needs and so does the other physicians in the group. Mike is great in the front office. No negatives here!

Dr. Tu waa very condescending the few times I required treatment. He did not believe that I had arthritis (false) and did not take my condition, endometriosis seriously. His office staff are rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately it seemed that all of my appointments were scheduled around the time they were eating lunch. Do not ask for my insurance card with a mouthful of salad, get some manners. Do not treat patients like they are an inconvenience, it is your job to wait on them.
