Dr. Benjamin Ward, MD

I had one main question that he answered with 'I don't know ' to when there is plenty of medical evidence to be able to answer definitively which is very strange for a trained specialty doctor. He also wrote my condition is acute which is false and wrote other false information in his report pertaining to my condition that he has no knowledge of either way. Jumped straight to recommending surgery which is a huge red flag. He jammed his finger right into where I have moderate to severe pain. This is not professional behavior of a medical doctor. I do not recommend him and I won't be back to see him.

Very disappointed in my shoulder surgery results and Dr. wards care.. Having another surgery with a Dr. out of town… Costing me alot of pain and time off work!

He was very patient and well informed. He told me what was wrong and what we had to do to correct it. He explained the reverse shoulder process in detail. It has been nine months now. I have no pain and I have almost full range of motion. Very, very satisfied

Dr. Ward was called in for a very serious accident that I had, And I am so THANKFUL that he was. He saved my left forearm from having to be amputated. I still have all of my hand functions ! He Is The BESTEST In My BOOK !

I've had the misfortune to damage my left rotator cuff once, and the right one twice. Dr. Ward repaired a full tear of my supraspinatus this last time, and did a fine job. I had full range of motion within weeks, and I am very satisfied with my experience, overall.

The whole appointment was a joke. Don't go to this doctor or this office. They take unnessessary X-rays that they don't need or even mention during the appointment, then they can't even take your money to pay for the appt. The office literally couldn't take either a card OR cash! It was the weirdest thing... It was at Glacier Medical something or other on Baker in Whitefish. I'll never go there again.

I was treated and operated on for left shoulder rotator cuff repair . It has been a year and the shoulder repair was a success. I found Dr. Ward to be friendly, caring and truthful. His appointments were on time and he is very considerate. I would recommend him to family and friends..( I have already). Don

Dr. Ward is exceptional. The time, care, and effort he put forth when taking care of our son (whom he performed elbow surgery on) was incredible. The follow up care was also exceptional. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. If we ever have any orthopedic needs in the future, he will be my first phone call.
