Scaglia was unprofessional, His computer system wasnt working couldnt access my records ..Office staff absolutely disgusting...Office manager is unprofessional, Im dealing with a mass..They couldnt care less ...Please do not go just because hes next to Halifax...It means nothing

Very thorough, answered every question we had, gave us many options of care along with his recommendations. The office appearance and professional staff left us confident of the high level of care we would receive. This was our 2nd opinion, thank goodness our 1st opinion doctor was not good and we ended up with Dr. Scaglia. We found it easy to speak to someone at the office and make the necessary appointments. Would highly recommend!

I recently had my first visit there and the doctor and office were everything I hope to get at a doctor's but too often don't. Everyone was friendly and professional from the front staff and nurse to the doctor. He listened and did an exam unlike my last urologist. He seemed knowledgeable and explained things well and made me feel comfortable.

Professional, compassionate, informative...staff included...

I am going to begin with a urological problem that I encountered after the 1st of the year 2017. I met with a Doctor of Urology at that time and expected some answers. This Doctor needed to retire. Not once did he put me at ease and recommend a solution. I left his office with the feeling I was wasting his time, he did nothing. A year and a half later, my personal Doctor referred me to Doctor Scaglia at Halifax Health. Now, Several months have passed since I met with Doctor Scaglia for the first time. I met with him hoping to solve my urological problem, one that seems age related for many men. I had an MRI, met with Doctor Scaglia twice in December, 2018. I could not have been more pleased. He shared my concern and then told me about the treatment he would recommend and later scheduled. He was fantastic and so was his staff. The nurse that assisted Dr. Scaglia was also fantastic, put me at ease throughout the procedure. The office staff was also very helpful.
