He is my loved ones dr and although she loves the doctor his staff is a nightmare. They are downright ignorant to his patients. No follow up, hang ups, eye rolling and I have BEEN present when this occurs. Having worked for cardiologist who worked directly under HVHS I am appalled that their behavior has been allowed to continue as is. If indeed anything happens to my loved one, until she can obtain a new physician I personally will hold them morally and FINANCIALLY responsible !!!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Simons?
Doctor Simons takes his time with patients and answers all questions, the staff at front desk are aweful, do not return phone calls, hang up on calls, no follow thru, the staff in back office are always pleasant , due to the poor follow up on critical patient issues and lack of caring for their patients from front desk including rudeness, eye rolling and sighs. I am sorry to say I would be sure of your needs before recommending this office
