Could not be less responsive
I went it for an exam, and a CT was ordered. After the CT, I never heard from the office again. I called every week for 3 weeks to try to see if they have the results of the test and if I could schedule a follow-up with the doctor. Never got any response.

Excellent urologist for stones
Listened to me about what did not work with previous surgery. Great bedside manner. Pain after surgery well controlled. Cares about why I make stones. Things I asked for were resonable and my surgery and first night went great. Since I have Randalls plaque's in both kidneys and a few left- this is my new urologist!

DR Chen is very knowledgeable and makes you comfortable in understanding your situation and the plan he recommends going forward in doing test, drug recommendations, etc. In my particular case my PSA is at a point which we can just monitor going forward, I feel comfortable with that as I am not having any urination difficulty or other problems.

Dr. Chen is an awesome and very thorough doctor! His office staff in Conyers....not so much. It would be easier finding a needle in a haystack than trying to get anybody from this office to call you back. On top of having to play phone tag for 5 1/2 weeks to find out the severity of my husband's bladder cancer, they mysteriously reschedule your appointment without letting you know and don't tell you until you take off work that day and arrive at the office. Very unorganized!!!!

I am an 18 year survivor of prostate cancer and have been seeing Dr. Chen in followup for that condition for over six years. From the first visit, I have come to have 100% trust in his judgement and expertise - he is careful to review my history and to discuss his current thinking about treatment decisions. He takes the time to listen and never seems like he is in a rush to move on to the next patient. His office is very nice and the staff are pleasant.

Went to emergency could not urinate and was dribbling blood They put a catheter, sad see my Urologist I was in terrible pain and felt like I had to urinate all the time I call from the emergency room and they said no doctors available , called back and said I could see PA He told me to leave the catheter in Went to desk to schedule two test None available until the last of Aug for one and sometime in Sept for other After test how long to wait surly there is another DR that can help me

I first met Dr. Chen in June 2013. I felt very comportable with him from the start. Once he determined my problem, he explained my options in a way that made it easier for me to make a decision. Three years later, i continue to be very satisfied with my treatment and follow-up care. Also, he has an excellent P.A. and Staff.

After getting a very alarming urine culture back from my primary physician I was referred to Dr. Chen. I was seen in his office within 2 days. His support staff is fantastic. I was a basket case. They were calming and supportive. Dr. Chen and his staff were clear about what I had going in and what I needed to do. I was given printed information and sample medication. They were sure I was clear about what was going on and what I needed to do. I can't thank them enough.
