Worst experience ever, was waiting for over an hour from the appointment time. The front desk lady was not only non-apologetic but had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule instead. Cannot deal with service providers that don't care about customer service.

Dr. Bebout is a great doctor who is compassionate, listens to her patients, and is extremely logical when it comes to recommendations. She is calm and reasonable, which provides comfort to her patients. I have seen her for 10+ years and highly recommend her. I just say her vibe doesn’t match the office staff at her office, but her nurses are warm and wonderful.

The office staff is horrible. They're rude and not available for information. Every time I try to call to get information or have a question I have to call over and over at least 5 times just to get someone fo answers the phone. They also give misleading information and then blame the patient. As far as the doctor, she doesn't seem confident in her work and that makes me feel uncomfortable. She also doesn't listen and interrupts me when I'm trying to explain.

We have been going to Dr. Bebout for 15 years. She is kind, compassionate and an exceptional listener. She is extremely knowledgeable and always puts us on the right track. My entire family loves her. We have encountered several issues with her staff which at times has been unbearable but we hang in there for her because she is truly one of a kind. Hopefully they will employ people who share her compassion for helping others.

Dr. Bebout
Is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable, Has a great bed side manor, compassionate and professional at all times. She has taken care of me and my husband for several years now. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. My husband feels very comfortable with Dr Bebout. I know longer have to force him to the doctor he sets his own appointments. Thanks Dr Bebout.

Dr. Bebout is kind and doesn't rush, HOWEVER, her staff cannot handle the basic office work. Referrals are not sent to other doctors offices so you are left waiting for them to send a referral they said they would do 2 weeks prior. So frustrating!

I've been going to Dr. Bebout for many years. She is very thorough and sincere in wanting to help. Her office is a one-stop place for me. She even went as far as going out of her way, in her spare time, to research a medication I had concerns about. Her staff is usually very busy, which can make it seem as though they are being short with you sometimes, but it does not bother me. I understand how it can be. Dr. Bebout is an excellent doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Bebout for 6+ years. She has always been attentive, warm & caring, and excellent in her diagnoses & referrals. She has routinely called personally after hours to follow up on current treatments and even left her cell phone number for callback. In one urgent situation, she told me that, if I couldn't get an appointment to be seen by my specialist THAT DAY, I should call her back and she would personally handle my exam and treatment. She epitomizes a family doctor.

Got referred over to her from my Gastro Dr. I believe if he referred me over to her she must be good. Bad taste from her staff though when tried to make new patient visit so decided to go with gut feeling and not see her. A staff can ruin business for a Dr. Hopefully she can coach the staff to be more welcoming. The scheduler right off threatened with a $100 fee for a no show and that needed my credit card information up front to charge incase miss appointment. Way to lose business!
