Her office doesn't have triage nurses, so don't expect a call back. In fact, their office staff is constantly changing, which is a red flag. There is no Physician's Assistant that you can schedule with, you can only see her, not even her husband. She works at lecom teaching spinal manipulations on most days of the week, so she doesn't even work at the office much. I experienced bad practice at this office, not getting calls back, and I go out of my way not to be a bother. I suffered from a few medical things and she would not help. I never badmouth doctors or leave bad reviews, but she completely ignored me and I wouldn't recommend her. Again, I was never a bother to her. I don't know why she would ignore a patient. She also changed my dosage without talking to me and when I called, she never had anyone call me back. At other doctor's offices, if you call, a nurse will triage you and talk to your doctor and then give you medical advice. She can't even do that.

I have been with Dr. Ricci and her wonderful nurse Tammy for many years, she is the first doctor that takes the time to listen to me, I never liked going to a doctor in the past, but going to Dr. Beth is a treat, she answers all my questions, and is so helpful. I have recommended her to my family and friends, my best friend is going to make an appointment with her because she now has a doctor that will not take the time to answer her questions so she is changing to Dr. Beth. I highly recommend

I never even got to see her. I waited for an hour and a half while I watched every other patient be taken and finish! There was even a woman who walked in without an appointment and they took her instead of me and the nurse looked at me and said, you'll be next as if I had been waiting 1 min and was acting impatient. There is also a sign in sheet where you write your name, time of apt, and time you arrived and they took people who had apts after mine. The secretary was nice and refunded me.
