I was a several year patient of the Dr and had a high respect level. I have found the facility and the Dr have gone where most are in current day. Front desk staff can be abrasive and rude at the facility she works. Main lines ring to a call center and they often have no idea what’s going on and are also not very customer service centric. The Dr herself is at a point where she didn’t listen to me as a patient and I have chosen to leave the practice due to her lack of care. I have also found that one of the medicines I am on for weight management could affect my heart and I have been on it for too long in other medical opinions. I do not believe the doctor is in tune with her patient care and has lost her way at this practice. Do not recommend. I especially do not recommend her for male patients.

She listens and is thorough
She wants you to be involved with your health. She is the physician, but she can only treat what she hears. Not a mind reader.

Excellent Doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Cornell for around 2 years and never once have I felt judged or rushed or anything of the sort. She is very understanding and extremely smart. She has helped me get my health on track. I have recommended a number of my friends to her and they all think she is amazing and are thankful they made the switch. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

Impatient, doesn’t listen, my chart is wrong
She kept looking at her watch, made funny faces while I explained my health history and issues, wrote down incorrect things on my chart, and gave bad advice (according to my specialist) and then changed back and forth with instructions. I don’t believe she cares about my well-being and she just goes down a checklist of things to tell me to do without fully considering what I tell her is going on. I think she can’t wait to be done with my appointments. I have never had this experience with a doctor before. Her assistant nurse is rude, too, and writes down wrong things. I will be switching to another doctor asap. I do not recommend.

Dr. Cornell is an excellent doctor. She listens carefully and explains herself in a way that you can understand. She is clearly interested in her patients and came highly recommended by my previvous doctor, who retired. I have complete confidence in her and can recommend her without reservation.
