Beth did my hysterectomy several years ago. She was super LGBTQ+/ trans-friendly, respected pronouns, and didn't do any of the things like pushing me on "are you really sure you want this?" She made the pre and post-op pelvic exam as quick and dysphoria free as possible. The surgery was great and she was super friendly and accommodating.

I was sent to women & infants for a sonogram due to excruciating stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. They told me my hormonal IUD was embedded in my uterus and needed to be removed immediately. My pcp referred me to Dr. Beth Cronin to have it removed. I called her office multiple times and the receptionist was outrageously rude to me. She said that Dr. Cronin wasn't taking new patients due to covid, and that she would not schedule an appointment. I asked if she could check to see if there was a referral to be sure. She said she would NOT because there was NO referral. I ended up having to go to the ER to have it removed. About a week later I get a call from Dr. Cronin's office and the receptionist nervously tells me they got the referral. I told them thank you, but after suffering excruciating pain for three days as my IUD perforated my uterus I went to the ER and Dr. Cronin's services would no longer be needed.

Dr Cronin was easy to talk to and answered questions I hadn't even thought to ask - very personable and knowledgeable. She's been helping out in multiple offices and as such it's been slightly difficult to locate her. The appointment times offered for the office I finally located her at were very good which included some evening time slots as well as same day appointments.
