Long wait
Please be respectful of patients' time. I arrived at the doctor's office 15 minutes early, was seen by the medical assistant, and then waited about 40 minutes to be seen by Dr. Esterbrook. I specifically scheduled my appointment early in the morning to avoid any delays. While waiting in the office, I heard a patient leave within 10 minutes, so Dr. Esterbrook wasn’t seeing anyone. I also overheard her having a casual conversation with what I presume was a medical assistant outside. Things would have been better if she had acknowledged her lateness and apologized, but she didn't seem to care. When I left, I saw an elderly couple waiting in the lobby as well, so their time was probably delayed too. My time is as valuable as anyone's.

Rude and condescending
Heard her loudly mocking the information I gave the medical assistant by using profanity right outside of the room I was waiting. She was argumentative and made me very uncomfortable the whole ten or so minutes she decided to spend with me. My appt was scheduled for 40 minutes, but I guess she decided to take a little break during my scheduled visit time seeing that I got there for my appt early and waited over an hour for her to come see me. I arrived at, 845, appt was for 9 am and left after 10. She didn't come see me until well after 9. And no, the waiting room had no one in it when I got there so they were not busy at all, just a regular day. She was so weirdly rude when she walked in the room, during the visit and the same when she instructed me on how to leave. Take what you want from all this, but I don't understand a doctor who is nasty for no reason. I was nice and agreeable the entire time bc I get very nervous going to doctors. Definitely not the right doctor for me.
