I have been going to the same OBGYN for 15 years. I was recommended to go for a sonogram as I have major cramping constantly. I was very clear about not paying added costs since I already pay $600 per month on insurance. They assured me several times there would be no out of pocket expense. They told me I have very large fibroids and they cannot do anything about it. The doctor was nice, did her thing and could not help me. Here I am 2 weeks later with a $231 bill after they said they will not charge me and asked me for a good review. For what? They could have told me to call my insurance and check to see if there was a deductible before scheduling the sonogram. I am not a doctor, they are. They know how these things work. I feel scammed as usual. Doctors always say there is no fee yet you should always expect a bill for their 5 minutes of time.... I will not be going back here again, no thank you.

Wonderful and caring as always

I dread going to doctors b/c of bad past experiences, including with a current gyn condition I have. However, I am SO happy I saw Dr. Gross in her new office in Manhasset b/c it was the best medical experience I've ever had. I easily got an appointment at a convenient time. The office space is incredibly clean and comfortable. The receptionist was kind and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. The sonographer was also kind - she gave clear instructions, helped me understand what to expect, and described everything as she was doing it. Dr. Gross was present for much of my appointment, examining me and explaining what was going on in a way I could understand. She could not have been nicer or more thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Gross!! I felt like everyone there actually cared about me - it was a much better experience going to this small and obviously patient-prioritizing practice than the big medical center I had to go to while I was out of state.

Dr.Gross is an exceptional physician. It is rare these days to find a doctor who is not in a rush, who gives you her full attention and the benefit of her expertise and experience. She answered all of my questions in depth, and made me feel comfortable and confident in her handling of the procedure. Her caring and warm manner, as well as her quick reply to phone calls, really instill trust. I have no reservations in recommending her as highly as possible. Her patients are lucky to be in her care.

I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Gross through the referring Dr's office with ease. When I arrived, Dr. Gross's medical assistant greeted me and helped me before Dr. Gross came in. Dr. Gross was courteous and friendly.
