Rude staff
I am a patient who has not seen Dr. Jester in several years. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist told me that I was no longer a patient and they were not taking new patients. My whole family has been with Dr. Jester for years. The receptionist was dismissive and rude.

Great dermatology practice! I never feel rushed. Dr. Jester listens (which sadly a lot of doctors don't have time to do anymore). She has a calm and respectful way with patients which I really appreciate. It's possible to get a fairly quick appointment, and when I phoned with a question, I got a call back in about an hour! The practice seems well managed and safe during covid times.

Dr. Jester is kind, thorough, professional, and reliable. Her assistant and office staff are great. I would recommend this dermatologist to anyone in Santa Fe. I have skin issues and have been through a lot of skin doctors. She is the best.

Zero personality. Not much if an examination and she certainly took no notes about moles etc. As far ax health history told me I could fill it out after the exam. And that took less than 5 min. I think I figured out why I got an appt so quickly.

First time going to dr jester after moving here. I was surprised that’s dr jester did not record all moles, etc as other doctors have to keep a record of changes. Not going to go again.

Wow, one of the best experiences I have had in a doctor's office in a long time. Receptionist greeted me and introduced herself. My paperwork was done and I was placed in the examination room within 5 minutes o my arrival. Jessica, the P.A. was so kind and took the time to explain all of my options for treatment and the possible costs for future treatments. I was in and out of there within an hour. Will not hesitate to return. Thank you! I have had horrific experiences with my primary physician. This was like night and day.

Appalling! Before traveling 2 hrs for my appointment with Dr. Jester I called to confirm whether I was still a patient and if my insurance was accepted. No to the insurance but still a patient. Quoted $110 or possibly slightly more. Well magically the price had increased to $200, unaffordable for me. Not one I'm sorry for the long drive just dismissive looks and general rudeness. Dr. Jester is greedy and is probably still the lousy doctor she was in 2015 when I last saw her. I was forewarned by my regular Santa Fe primary care doctor, but needed a dermatological body scan for some moles that looked suspicious. This doctor cares more about the money over patient welfare, most certainly look elsewhere.

I am an RN, on medicare , who has not seen a dermatologist in years. My primary care doctor wanted me to see a specialist because of my many years in the sun and family history of skin cancer. I also had some issues on my back that I wanted her to look at. This doctor refused to look at my back or my skin at all. All she said to me was they well just grow back, when I described my concerns.
