I have gone to Dr. Beth for multiple years. I have not had to see her many times, but the times I have have almost always been negative. My most recent visit was about possible PMDD. She cut me off when I was explaining my symptoms. She told me flat out that I was at the highest dose of my current anti depressant. She suggested we go to a new medication cold turkey and dismissed my concerns with the change. The after visit notes mentioned nothing about my depression worsening but mentioned 'irritable' I never once said I was irritable, so she was again not listening. She also ended my last visit with a 'joke' of 'try not to'unalive' anyone'. Found a new provider the next day. I do not recommend his Dr to anyone.

Detrimental
As a patient for some years, I do not trust Dr. Beth. Ultimately, a misdiagnoses led a teenager into a hip surgery. “Just rest on it for 2 weeks and then come back if there’s issues.” This happened twice, which led to a further injury requiring surgery. Discussing my information with me OUTSIDE of the exam room at a printer (appointment felt very rushed so my reproductive health was discussed as she was walking me out). Had previously joked that if we couldn’t find a diagnosis for a possible autoimmune disease, then her next referral for me was to a psychologist for “imaginary pain.” Please search for a doctor that will truly care for your well-being.

Condescending and uncaring.
I saw Dr. Y for a double ear infection. I indicated to the LPN that I also wished to discuss my high blood pressure that I have been having for quite some time. From the moment Dr. Y walked in it was clear she was rushing. She pretended to check my breathing, looked in my ears very quickly. She then told me she would write a prescription for an antibiotic I am highly allergic to. She then stood and was clearly ending the appointment. I stopped her and asked if we could speak about my hypertension. After explaining it, and my father's family history of hypertension... she told me to exercise keep in mind my BP at that visit was 155/90. I do not discredit exercise, but I explained that even in the past year when I have exercised my BP is consistently high. She brushed it off, stood, and then said "well try exercise, and if that doesn't work schedule with me again. Then walked out. This is not a doctor who listens to her patients, or shows care or understanding. I will not see her again.

I saw her as a new patient. I was inquiring about starting up my ADHD medication after pregnancy. It didn't seem to me like she understood ADHD at all. She asked what I was struggling with. I told her that my biggest issue is focusing and remembering tasks after getting distracted. Her response was "you could just write stuff down to remember it". ADHD doesn't work that way. It felt more like she was judging me.

No thorough at all. Can never figure out her laptop. Palpated my abdomen as I sat in a chair. Pretended to listen to my chest yet didn't ask me to breath in and out. Saw she received a call per her Iwatch and abruptly ended the visit

My son (young adult-20) had seen Dr. Yegerlehner as a new patient. He went there specifically for depression and anxiety(which he has family history of). Immediately started judging, saying that he is not depressed nor does he have anxiety ( while he was sweating Profusely). He called me after this appt, extremely upset/crying because he felt like she was down talking him. I wish more physicians would have more compassion than they do, &stop judging immediately. Office staff really nice!!

She spent more time attempting to figure out her laptop than having a conversation with me. At the conclusion of my physical (10 minutes), she indicated that should would write a refill for a prescription I take for migraines. I wasn't sure that I actually needed a new script as I don't take it often and might have refills, and she indicated that I could check and let her know. I saw her on April 30th - it is now June 4th, and I was told that I would have to come in for an appt to get a refill.

I went to Dr. Beth in January this yr with my diabetes running out of control. Working with her and Tracy Guy, they have helped me to get it under control. I would recommend Dr. Beth to anyone looking for a PCG.

I am so excited that trilateral prime has Dr. Beth on the list for me. She has listened to my every need and complaint about my body. She will tell me straight up if I need something or not or get it over the counter. She even calls me by name when she walks in the room not a patient number. I enjoy having her take care of my changing body. More doctors should learn from her about being a friend to your patients. havong to move a lot in military she is by far the best I have had.

Dr. Beth Yegelehner is the best primary care physician I have ever had! I moved from Martinsville 3 years ago, but continue to see Dr. Yegerlehner even though the commute is much less convenient. I went to 2 local practitioners, but they lacked the high quality of care, no nonsense approach, and practical advice that I expect from my doctor and which Dr. Yegerlehner provides.
