Condescending much?
Dr. Miller has shown slight competence in her duties, but her bedside manner often leaves much to be desired. Her attempts at empathy frequently seem contrived, underscored by an artificial smile.Through numerous consultations, hurried interactions have become evident. On one occasion, she abruptly exited before I could fully articulate my symptoms, leaving a nurse to conclude the appointment after only twelve minutes.Dr. Miller exudes a subtle condescension, implying intellectual superiority, albeit without overt rudeness. During an appointment with my husband in attendance, her demeanor shifted significantly from the norm, hinting at discomfort being seen as a bully.A significant misdiagnosis led to an unnecessary MRI and considerable financial burden. Which could have been avoided if she actually took the time to listen instead of paying attention to her own internal monologue.

Disappointed.
I wish I could leave no stars! I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years. I have complained about my neck, and shoulder to her, and she sent me to a chiropractor, and deep tissue message. I recently went to Urgent care, due to the fact that the pain is now traveling down my elbow. They took an X-ray, and told me the discs in my neck were deteriorating. I needed an MRI, and surgery or I would eventually be paralyzed if I didn’t get it taken care of . I need to see my primary physician (her) to get the ball rolling right away. She told me to go to physical therapy, and also told me she had never seen me about my neck in the past. I explained to her that I would like to continue on with what the other professional told me to do, and continue moving forward with the MRI, and she told me NO, she wouldn’t do that. I needed to go to physical therapy.

Hmmmm, what can I say. Good, great, empathetic, sympathetic, compassionate, listens, offers, kind, understanding. These are just some thoughts off the top of my head when thinking about the care I received from Dr. Miller. Some peeps don't wanna hear the truth even when they know a doctor is right. Guilty at times myself. BUT if a person is seeking HONEST help from a Dr. Then Dr. Miller is one of the best in my experience. She is honest, caring, so helpful and again in my experience usually right on the money with diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Miller for taking care of me for multiple years and for your continued care of a most special lady to me.

Unacceptable treatment
definitely one of the worst doctors i’ve had. only 5 or so appointments with her and i’ve cried in at least 3 because i do not feel heard, she rushes through appointments, interrupts patients, allows her personal beliefs to impact treatment, and generally does not provide much help beyond what she considers empathy. she has and *will* misrepresent situations on appointment summary notes to make herself look more professional; AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!
