Professional and Caring Service
Dr. Siu is an excellent primary care physician! My wife and two daughters are regular patients of Dr. Siu and I have seen her upon occasion when I was unable to see Dr. Richard Cook who is in the same practice. Dr. Siu has provided professional and excellent care to my family and to myself. She is caring, detailed, knowledgable and takes the time to listen and provides diagnostic explanation in a way that you can understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Siu if you are looking for a primary care physician in the Southern Maryland Area!

No Teledoc appointments for this doctor!
Used to be a good doctor until I found out that she does not care about patients who do not prefer to be put on hold for two weeks to get health results. No Teledodoc was offerred because they prefer to charge the patient for in office visits rather than offer a solution that is now common to many doctors. She did not even have the curtesy to call me but had her admin professional call who was not able to do anything to resolve the issue. Don't waste your time!

I have been a patient of Dr. Siu and her husband Dr. Cook for about 12 years. They always fit me in the schedule for a sick appointment as well as scheduled appointments. They take their time with me and treat me with kindness and respect.

My daughter went here as a new patient & got turned away because she didn't have a credit card to put on file. I spoke with them and told them she had her insurance card and asked could one be provided over the phone or brought back & indicated that she happened to be ill & she was still turned away. Although this Dr came highly recommended, I will be removing my husband from their waiting list. I don't appreciate being treated like a non-insured patient or as if we wouldn't pay any copay.

I have been a patient of Dr. Siu's for years and I would never want to go to anyone else. She is very professional and thorough, and she takes her time. I never feel as though I'm being rushed and she is always willing to discuss whatever is of concern to me. She is wonderfully caring and welcoming. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
