Dr. Encarnacion is the best.
I have been seeing her for years. I refuse to see anyone else. She knows my medical records when she sees me without having to read my file before entering the room. She takes the time to explain everything I need to know and has a very personal approach.

21 days of faxing and calling to get an approval
I have been a patient of Dr Encarnation for years and I have learned over the past 21 days this office is BAD. Not only do they not know how to do their job, I know funeral directors with more compassion Stay away from her office. I had to fight for 21 days to get an approval for a splint for a broken arm. It took the office of the orthopedic surgeon, the prostatitis company and myself to call and text for hours on end for the last 20 days. If she is your primary care physician and you get hurt, you will have a serious problem.

Ego centric
Beverly has been my primary care physician for several years. This doctor should lose her license. After prescribing a strong opioid to me for over 30 months she changed my medication to a non-opioid without titrating me off of my prescription. I'm in the process of filing a Formal complaint Parent

I am remembering my first visit years ago and it is no different then if I saw her today. It would be like visiting with a very good friend, very personable and a friend you can talk to about anything. It's a very warm and, "I want to help you" feeling that surrounds you while you're with her.

Excessive bureaucracy blocks access to needed heal
Do you want to jump through excessive bureaucratic hoops to get your medicines or to visit a specialist? Do you want to show up for an MD appointment or for surgery(like my friend) to find that you don't have the needed referral to get the care you need? Then this is the doctor for you!!! Yes, the staff is friendly and polite. But it is not worth it for me if it blocks my ability to get the healthcare I need. Worked in healthcare 14 years and never seen anything like it!!!

This office is the epitome of how not to run an office. They have no clue who you are and what your history is. Not that they are Best Value it is even worse. They refuse to give their patients the proper and timely care that they need. I would not take a pet skunk to her. I would rate her office a -5 star.

I have been seeing Dr. Beverly for many years. She always greets you like your part of her family. She has "always" helped me no matter what I was going through. Her girls in the office are sweethearts as well. I have the highest regards for all of them! S. Wolf

I would highly recommend this Office, I have been seeing them for about 7 months now. I had a horrible experience with Davita Group 2 different loc. This Dr. Took me immediately, everyone seems Professional, the NP is Very Knowledgeable, & Efficient. I still have some problems with my Failed Back Surgery & Severe Anxiety, and & I am 62 & refuse to be operated on again. Staff, members, MA,are also kind.

Chelsey was wonderful and an asset to your office. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable in her answers. I felt comfortable with her and she did not rush me while I talked about the recent loss of my mother margaret morneault.

I have been seeing Dr. E for more than 20 years. She is excellent and just right for me. She offers insight into alternatives and promotes lifestyle changes. When referrals are needed for serious conditions or specialists her recommendations are fight on. I have recommended her to friends and family and they all feel the same way. Added benefit is you never wait for than a few minutes which means for working people scheduling for routine care, you can easily predict how long you will be away.

She is without a doubt the most caring doctor I have ever had. Takes her time explaining everything and is really concerned about her patients. Staff is super nice and helpful. I moved back from Texas because I could not find a doctor there who cared for her patients as she did. I would recommend her to anyone as their primary doctor...

Dr Encarnacion takes the time to listen to your concerns. You’re not just another insurance check mark in her daily schedule. My last two primary care physicians kept checking their watches to make sure they weren’t spending too much time on me. I have never had this happen with Dr E. I believe she cares about my well being. Her staff advised she was running behind and gave me the option to reschedule or see the nurse practitioner to lessen my wait time. I choose to wait for the Dr.
