I would like to leave this review specifically for Dr Beverly Jordan. My wife was a long time patient of hers and would routinely keep her appointments. She became unsatisfied with the care they were providing her, they lacked care for her concerns, showed very little encouragement for her ongoing health issues. She has repeatedly told me that she felt like just a number and that they act like they don't have the time for her. She decided to discontinue her services and wanted to see another doctor instead. For some reason now another doctor at the EXACT SAME LOCATION won't accept her as a patient because they just said NO. No reason was given at all. It now feels like she has been blackballed and it is extremely unfair that she can't be accepted. They gave absolutely no reason why. When she asked them why they wouldn't accept her as a new patient they replied the Dr doesn't have to explain why. I can't confirm but I strongly feel like Dr Beverly Jordan's office had a lot to do with her no longer able to be seen at this location. She doesn't deserve the little two stars she receives. My wife is a very respectable nurse in her field of work and shows everyday the true values of bed side manner and care for her patients. It hurts my heart that this location is in charge of so many patients and these doctors get to just treat people as numbers regardless of how they feel. I pray this isn't happening to anyone else

She shouldn't be working in family medicine. She should go back to what she specializes in which is sports medicine. She doesn't listen and she labels you with everything because she doesn't listen. She puts you on all kinds of medicine without even knowing what is going on. The young pregnant girl can't take blood pressure correctly which is causing so many to be put on medications. Beverly Jordan is also rude and does not like to be questioned about her diagnoses. She also has become money hungry to where she doesn't see Medicaid clients but gives the Medicaid clients to her nurse practitioner Corey and Corey should retire because she doesn't know the first about nursing. Candi was good for that office.

So my Mother goes to Dr. Jordan for Basic Medical care along with other Medical Specialists, However, Dr. Jordan is so confident in herself and her medical savviness, that she told my Mother that she no longer needs to go to her Psychiatrist; thus Dr. Jordan will script the medicines. My mother has been in a psychiatric hospital, so it is critical to her overall health and well-being! Moreover, my Mother doesn’t need to see her Pulmonologist either! Because Dr. Jordan will script those Rx’s too. This is a lady who has had asthma and COPD for many years and has been hospitalized for this multiple times and is on oxygen and multiple treatments throughout the years. She is definitely opening herself up to Liability and I think compromising the health and well-being of her patients, or at least my Mother in this situation. Seriously there is a REASON for SPECIALIZED MEDICINE. Family Medicine with a sub-specialty of Sports Medicine...is not Pulmonary Disease, nor Psychiatry.

Disappointed in Treatment Plan – Jun 09, 2020

I do not recommend this physician for anything other than the common cold. Her physical assessment skills are subpar at best and her personality follows suit. Her training in spirts medicine hardly prepares her for practice in internal medicine.

Ok Doctor when I had nothing going wrong. When I had a new blood pressure issue the visits were not satisfactory at all. Not listening. just talking and taping on the computer. No auscultation at all except listening to your heart, when not forgotten.. No compassion, did not care when I wanted a visit as my blood pressure was going wrong (I was nervous..yes) No smile at all at the Front desk: agents have an attitude Everything is poor EXCEPT the people working at the lab: very nice and polite

Dr. Jordan was friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything and seemed very thorough. Overall, I was impressed with the whole visit and the ability for her to treat me as a new patient with almost no wait.

Dr. Jordan didn't tell me she was ordering a test I didn't need that wasn't covered by insurance. She gets offended & seems mad if you ask questions or disagree w/her. I get there on time but have to wait 2hrs & first see a nurse that asks a bunch of questions. Then repeat everything w/Dr. Jordan when she finally shows up. Waste of time. Sometimes don't even get help I need. She has wrong info in my records. I hate to think she's meaning to lie but maybe she is. I'm never going back.

I love the time she took with me to really listen and talk with both my husband and I. I'm still not so sure about all of the patient portal stuff, but I must say it was VERY nice to do all of my new patient paperwork on a tablet - it saved alot of hand cramping and was more thorough than I could ever be.

Seen Dr. Jordan due to some crud with flu like symptoms. Spent 3 hrs at Dr's office, they did a complete blood workup, strep & influenza assay. Also scheduled me for a chest x-ray and mammogram which was not requested or desired. Left without any medication, prescription or even any advice about the crud I came to get treated. Took 2 days to get appointment and 3 days after visit I'm still sick with this crud.

Treated me like I'm crazy and just writes off prescriptions to fix any problems. Long waiting in waiting room. My medical records have places where she has lied. She also told me my lab tests were normal when in fact they weren't and I confronted her about, which offended her. She seems to get mad when I ask any questions and just doesn't seem to take me serious. I have switch doctors and should've done it way sooner! Do not use Dr. Jordan, there's just too many other better options.
