Dr. Japi is my moms primary doctor and she recently had her annual check up. Doctor was very careless and uninterested in everything my mom was raising concerns for. Not only that during an annual the doctor does a breast check and everything, she didn't do the complete works. It is an annual check up but the doctor says "Why are you here?" which is very unprofessional thing to say to a patient.

Doesnt care about her patients. Service is insane the receptionist require you to explain the reason for the visit in full detail when making an appointment as if she is the doctor. Very reluctant to give appointments.

She's a horrible doctor and her receptionist is the same. They just want you to leave asap. Gives you wrong information all the time, or straight up dont even want to give you any information at all. Japi doesnt even give proper diagnoses or treatment never goes to the root of the problem. She loves saying she does not know. A specialist was needed as she pointed out BUT she wouldn't refer me. I had to make several visits back to receive medication to mask the symptoms. Worst doc. and staff

nice doctor only 3 days in wood side but has another office somewhere else i think .she really listens and helps me with my problems and assistant is very pleasant and helpful. down side is long wait without appointment

It never felt like she cared about my health and she does not take the time to explain or try to help. I have been suffering with bad knee pain for a long time and she has not been very helpful about the proper diagnostic tests and referrals. Overall a feeling of just not caring about her patients' well being. But probably the worst part is the attitude of her assistant, incredibly rude and unpleasant.

Less than one star very unhelpful doesn't care for patients. Unless you want to be ignored and be given bad advice and useless medication don't visit her even the reception is lazy and useless gives you made up information and very careless
