Same as other reviews. Multiple visits for two scripts for physical therapy and to see orthopedic dr related to cyst on right wrist. Finally received script for wrist issue and wrong hand written on script. Walked out my second appointment after waiting hour and half and she is not even in the office Insisted on two office visits for blood work in order to obtain two referral scripts. No central air in building. Sweating entire time waiting for her to even appear in office only interested in repeat office visits to bill my insurance. I was even billed for office visit after I walked out without reviewing my bloodwork Would leave negative star review if possible

6 years of good health
I've been seeing Dr.Rao since 2016 and ever since she's has helped me maintain health and balance. I can always trust I'm in good hands with her ability to find and address my problems especially during these hard times with the pandemic.

She seems to have knowledge about certain things. But she doesn't know how to express compassion verbally for her patients. She says anything out of her mouth without regard to how it will affect patients feelings. Her office is dingy and unsanitary looking. Her labcoat is always dirty looking, but she had the nerve to imply that my hygiene was questionable. As many have already said, she is never on time for your scheduled appointment. This illustrates that she doesn't respect others time. She'll have you come back in a week for a script that she could have given you in the same visit. I could go on, but I have other things to do.

Dr. Rao scheduled an appointment at a specific time, and she did not show up to her office for this appointment until 1 hr & 1/2 later. There were already patients waiting prior to my appointment time. This is not her first time doing this to me. Dr. Rao continuously displays no respect or value for her patient's time.

She has knowledge about medicine to prescribe but fail in all other areas. Never on time and have to wait for at least 2 hours to be seen, office garbage cans overflowing with trash, office is unsanitary and not cleaned between each patient visit. She never give you your prescriptions during the visit and are asked to come back days later for them. Office staff of 1 is unqualified to do this job, puts patient conversation on the loud speaker and they, staff of 1, is expected assist the dr.

She is very compatant. BUT rooms not sanitary. Garbage is overflow. There is no one to wipe tables after each pt. Wait time is rediculous.Appointment at 10 , you don't se dr till 1130 or noon .She need a MA to work with her and keep office clean. Never writes scripts that day , you have to wait days toget it. She is well educated but her office is the Worst

It was evident that the doctor really cared about the improvement of my health. She took time to review all my reports from elsewhere from before, review with me and understand all my health concerns,; she not only gave me appropriate tests and prescriptions, but also gave me educational tools and tips of novel kinds that I find most useful, and even follows through to make sure that I am still following directions.
