Dr. Dave just can't be bothered. I've been with him for at least 6 months with no true answers for my on-going painful gut health issues. He ran the bare minimum tests, and I've had to ask for my own diagostic tests that I've researched. I'm still in a lot of pain daily, and the last appt we had, my tests came back inconclusive. He blew it off as it was negative and told me to eat 2 specific fruits and have a fiber supplement daily. Unless you have something that's already been diagnosed, don't waste your time. Extremely disappointing...

Haven't been able to get an appointment. They encourage online booking appointments and then THEY simply cancel them ! I have had no one answer my calls, or my voicemails . Not a good way to start as a new patient. Very discouraging and a waste of time.

I have been seeing Dr. Dave for almost a year. I have the exact same medical conditions then and now. I had a illness and needed to see him immediately and here it is August 23. She told me that next available is October. As an established patient I shouldn't have to wait that long. I'm a very frustrated. I've also been waiting on treatment medication for over 6 months that insurance won't pay for that they said they would take care of. The office staff is very disorganized with messages, calls

My last visit was a total waste of my time but not his he made money it's frustrating to have a doctor tell you there's nothing he can do since I can't afford the medicine he prescribed for me I still have the issues I had so you tell me there's no other test or steps to be taken he says it's constipation something more is wrong for me not to be able to empty my colon when I use the bathroom I plan to see another specialist

First off, if you're trying to schedule an appointment you won't get one until a month later even if it's urgent. Next, the doctor doesn't really explain anything to you. I honestly felt like he knew nothing. And last when the receptionist are terrible with communicating with each other. Like I called and ask them to fax something one day, the lady told me she'd tell her boss and her boss had no idea what I was talking about when I called. I didn't get that fax until a week later.

I have made numerous calls to Carla, whom as spoke with Lori in the office about needing documentation for academic absence per the provider. Every time they told me I need to full-fill a request for them I did and to this day 6 weeks later, I am still waiting on a letter. I have asked to speak to the provider about this nonsense and I still have yet to get a call from him. If getting a letter of absence is this difficult I am not comfortable getting a Colonoscopy from him. Will not return!

Unfortunately I don't even know if Dr. Dave knows I have a problem as I cannot get a call back from him. His staff is incompetent and unwilling to help. I had an appt. with him that was ok, I didn't feel one way or another about it until the end when the staff asked me to give a sample of stool that was predominantly blood. After I gave the sample in the waiting area. I brought the sample out to the front window without a bio bag or other means of protection for other members in the waiting a

Dr. Dave NEEDS to hire more staff to answer the phone. it is VERY difficult to reach him. In fact there is a very low probability that your call will be answered at all!!!
