Pretentious!
Dr. Clark will only make an appointment if she feels you worthy of seeing her! WOW!!! When my primary care doctors sent over thé referral because they thought I needed to see an ENT, they were not just trying to waste people's time (both patient and physician) - they believe I need to see an ENT. How does she know if I need to see an ENT without ever seeing me? Does she have telepathic power? WOW! She should have not gone to med school and gone to the streets of Vegas to read people's minds and physical ailments! She would have made millions!! The pretentiousness and audacity. A doctor gives an oath to a duty to give best of care; not to deem who is worthy of care and who is not.

My new malady was vertigo. After er visit, thinking I was dying, I made appointment with Dr. Clark. I was good, but the impressive thing was her knowledge and her concise delivery about the whole vertigo thing. I wish I had a recording...so much great information. She was very nice to this old person with the blank look on my face.

Gave the wrong diagnosed. Was not true to fact.
Dr. Clark gave me the wrong diagnosis. She claimed that I had a lot of scar tissue in my throat from all the endoscopy surgeries that I had. Said I needed surgery. I made an appointment with a throat doctor at Stanford Medical Center in Stanford, CA. I just returned and took my records with me from Dr. Clark. The Stanford doctors (several) tested me (barium swallow-more intense than I received here) from Dr. Clark. After the tests I received from Stanford Hospital & saw the throat doctors (3), the conclusion was I DO NOT need surgery all I needed was speech therapy and from Dr. Clark's exam on her CD, there is NO scar tissue, not even on her CD. It pays to get a second opinion and sad that this doctor (Dr. Clark) gave me the wrong diagnosis. Did not tell me the truth. ALL WAYS GET A SECOND OPINION even if you have to travel another 4 hours away it is worth it. I will no longer go to Dr. Clark!

Bed side manner
Dr. Clark spent all of 15min with me. She had an arrogance about her knowledge, it was definitely off putting. Had I not got in, it would have taken 4 months to be seen. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, Sadly she is in my network. She definitely needs to humble herself and work on her beside manner.

Highly recommend Dr.Clark
After a few not so great experiences with local ENT's I got an appointment with Dr. Bahvisya Clark. She genuinely listened to my concerns and questions I had. She performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery on me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Clark has impressive credentials, professionalism and a pleasant personality. I highly recommend her.

worst customer service
i never saw her, I received my referral and called to make an appointment! I was told they just got the referral and it would be one to 2 weeks for the Doctor to review. I have never heard of this when a patient is symptomatic you don't tell them they will get back to me after reviewing an urgent referral! I would not go see this doctor if you paid me money since this is how their front office treats potential patients!
