Dr. Kaur takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed when asking questions. She is the best Dr. I've been too.

Dr. Kaur is an OUTSTANDING physician. She is very thorough, honest, genuine and patient. She treats you like you were a member of her family. She takes a sincere interest in you and assisting you to better health.

Although Dr Kaur is a wonderful doctor, she is very difficult to get into to see and her support staff are rude. My elderly father had an appointment last month (scheduled months in advance), I called to confirm (waited on hold for 45 minutes), all was well until Cindy called back and said Dr. Kaur was only doing video visits. My 95-year old father doesn’t have a computer or a cell phone, so that wouldn’t work. Cindy said she would find time on Dr Kaur’s schedule and call me back. After waiting a week for a call, I called her and left a message. No response. I called again 2 weeks later (30 minutes on hold to leave a message). Cindy finally called back and was very abrupt, blaming Dr Kaur for not getting back to her. That may be the case, but whatever happened to customer service? I am very disappointed!

Dr Kaur is the best physician! She is the most compassionate and thorough doctor and leaves no stone unturned. She is willing to sit and discuss your issues and concerns to make you feel comfortable with the plan of care. I love her demeanor and hope she never leaves! Thank you for caring Dr Kaur!

Although Dr Kaur has been my physician since 2016, she has not kept an appointment with me in the last 24 months. My scheduled appointments have been cancelled due to her travel commitments. I am constantly being referred to her PA-C or to another physician in her clinic. My recent attempt to get an appointment resulted in my request being referred to her"team"so they could determine whether I really needed to see her. I waited for their reply for 2 days and then simply gave up. I am obviously not very important to her. I would not recommend anyone to her "care".

Very caring and showed genuine interest in treating me and putting my best interest first. I feel she is honest and I can trust her.
