Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and competent. He has been my primary care physician For over 30 years. I would highly recommend him. Heโ€™s the best.

Dr Patel is great but you cannot get in to see him (he has been my primary care doctor for 20 years). I scheduled a Physical 1 year in advance to find out that I could not see Dr Patel and they want to switch me to another doctor. They did this last year when I tried to get my physical completed by the end of the year.

I WOULD have been a new patient. I called Friday, Nov 9th at 8:53 a.m to schedule an appt at the Clarkston office due to feeling like I have a sinus infection and having a 6 week old baby I dont want to spread it to. The woman I spoke with said because I am a new patient they couldn't get me in until Nov. 29th. I explained to her what was going on she said call Tuesday Nov 13th at 8:30 to schedule a same day (sick) appt which will be at 4 pm. I call Tuesday and make the appt and a woman calls me

Wonderful, caring doctor. Have been seeing him for over 20 years and cannot say enough positive things about him. He is hands down the best doctor I have ever had and I am nearly 60.

Excellent physician, but ever since the St Joseph Mercy Staff has taken over, over all experience is not as good with the staff.

He appears to be to busy and the person who provides feedback on Lab results doe a poor job. The rest of the staff is fine. Needs better office management.
