Dr. Tran is a very thorough and thoughtful PCP. As a surgeon myself, I am very thankful to have found her. She goes above and beyond to answer questions through MyChart in a timely fashion, makes room in her clinics for urgent issues, and takes the time to address all of my concerns during our visits.

worst doctor's office i've ever been to. Dr. tran is this snappy, mean, EXTREMELY rushed person who shouted at another patient, I could hear through the door! who does that? the other doctors are plus or minus. avoid this place, unless you want to be inhumanely treated.

I was looking for a new PCP near by and made and appt with Dr Tran. I was ready to fall in love with this clinic, since it is close to my house, until I met Dr Tran. She asked me how I got an appointment with her because she wasn't taking new patients. Then asked if I knew someone in the UCLA system and that's how I got in to see her. When in fact I had just called the clinic a month ago and they had told me she was taking new patients. Talk about making me feel unwelcome and unwanted.

Dr. Tran is rude, dismissive and extremely inexperienced. She spends very little time with you and she completely ignored all of my symptoms. 5 days later I was in the emergency room which cost me thousands of dollars. She should have sent me to a specialist for gallstones but instead she literally told me to get a new mattress for the sharp pains in my back, shoulders and abdomen. I kid you not. I disputed the bill with UCLA and they agreed.
