I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Bijal. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously during the appointment, and I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. The communication was rushed and dismissive, which made it difficult for me to fully understand my treatment options or feel confident in the care I was receiving. While I understand that healthcare can be fast-paced, I believe that patients deserve more empathy and thorough attention. She also appeared very unkempt and greasy. I don't think any provider should look like they do not take care of their hygiene.

Dr. Asrani is very knowledgeable, through and kind. She has me schedule my other important appointments. Always explains my test results. The veterans hospital takes care of me very well.
