It was my first visit and first time getting that procedure.. personnel was great..friendly and professional from the MA, CNA,Nurse, anesthesiologist and of course Dr John.. the whole visit was pleasant, smooth.. no complaints at all.. excellent service !!!

I had an appt for a colonoscopy but I cancelled it use Cologuard instead. That test was positive so my primary told me to reschedule colonoscopy. I called the office and said I needed to make an appt and she said I already had an appt, and I cancelled it. I told her yes, I cancelled so I could use Cologuard instead. She said if you did the Cologuard, then I don’t need a colonoscopy. I told her yes I do because it was positive. She kept arguing with me saying I didn’t need it. I asked if she would just book it and she said the first available would be the end of December, 4 months away. I asked if I could speak with someone else, and she said no, so I went to my primary’s office and they had to straightened it out & I had the test. The doctor said call & book an appt in 2 weeks. I called for 3 days, no one answered the phone -no voicemail either. Finally got through but no appt for 5 weeks. I want a doctor who cares about his patient’s care and has a competent, trained staff.

Very short wait. The Dr. Came in right away and took care of business. He is very professional & assertive. High recommendations.

I first met Dr. John in 2015 when I was having serious issues that turned out to be cancer. He was the first to take me seriously, take a biopsy, and refer me to two other phenomenal specialists, so I credit him with saving my life. Five years later, I check in with him at least once a year whether it feels like I need it or not, and I have never been disappointed. He is always attentive, caring, and professional. Thank you so much, Dr. John, for being an amazing gastroenterologist. I will continue to refer others to you so you can help them the way you helped me!!

Dr John is an amazing doctor ...very professional. My colonoscopy was schedule late in the day, he saved me from starving and asked me to come early in the morning. Procedure was painless. No complication after the procedure. He followed me few times over the week to make sure I am doing OK. He got amazing staff... very knowledgeable and courteous.
