Dr. Bill Byrd, MD

I was a patient of Dr Byrd for close to 20 years. My husband was a patient before he died. Dr Byrd is very caring and is concerned about your health and what’s happening. I don’t understand the negative comments made by some of these other patients. The thing about Dr Byrd is he tells you like it is not what you want to hear. He can be very blunt at times but it’s for your own good. If he can’t help he will find a doctor that will. I’m really going to miss him, I’ve recently moved. It’s going to be hard to find someone who cares and really listens to you.

I have been in Dr. Byrd's care for several years, I interviewed him on my first visit, he is an excellent doctor and take care of you and is very concerning about your health, when you are in his office, it is as if you are his only patient, would highly recommend this man

He talks to you and not at you. Takes time to explain your condition, test results and so on. I have no idea what some of these people are talking about. I've been going to him for years. He has always listened to me and my concerns. Now that I'm almost 70 I have a lot more questions and for the most part it's funny stuff going on with me and my body. I can't say enough good things to say and to top it off He went to University of Florida for his medical degree. Go Gators Dr. Byrd. This is going to be a good season for us.

Looking for a Dr. With compassion, Not here. Has told 2 members of my family that he thought they would be dead when he saw them. Has referred us to a scam of a chiropractor that wanted all the money up front for 6 months of therapy. We wondered why he sent us there, he was the over seeing physician. My father just went to schedule an appt with him and was denied an appointment. For someone who should care about his patients, he should try a little harder. And, How do you take someone seriously about losing weight when the whole staff is overweight, do as i say- not as i do.

Dr..Bryd, if you are looking for a doctor that truly cares, look no further....Dr. Bryd is a caring doctor. If he can't help you, he will refer you to someone that can. Great doctor and great staff too. Thank you for your services Dr. Bryd

I asked for credentials on his knowledge of a trigger finger, since I didn't have insurance. They kicked me out. Unbelievable that you can't pose that question to a health provider.

Terrible physician. Basically accused me of lying about my symptoms. Horrible doctor!!

Dr. Byrd is personally interested in me as a patient and takes the time to have a "chat " Excellent doctor!

Would not take my dogs to this doctor. Will not listen to you believes he knows everything to a point that he actually accused us of lying. Refused to listen to anything.

It has been the most awful experience I could have ever imaged with a medical professional. Having looked at my x-rays he referred me to Sports Medicine, they decided that I needed an MRI done. Needing another referral to get the MRI done Dr. Byrd has refused to send another referral because he is saying the x-ray did not show that I needed MRI. Well he had looked at the x-ray when he sent me to Sports Medicine, which I thought he trusted to deal with my pain issues. Still in pain, no help!
