I feel very comfortable, Dr. Casse is a kind soul, and not to mention how smart she really is, she has helped me A LOT in just 3 visits she went above and beyond for me , she and her staff are wonderful, I would truly recommend this place first

Does not take patient feedback
She walked in with 2 assistants and stated one was training. She did not ask if it was ok for these people to be in the appointment. She then spent maybe 30 seconds on each concern I brought up and dismissed my these and recommended OTC options and said that these things were normal (despite them being abnormal to me and the reason I came). After she did this again I raised concerns about her recommendations and stated that I felt she was not listening to me and that I felt she was trying to rush me out the door. She then said that she was not the Dr. for me, to look elsewhere and ended the appointment.

First position should be of doctor if they do know
If you do not know what it is, admit it,To label a condition in less then 10 minutes is not a diagnosis it is cut and rundiagnosis - safety call and get out. I look at her words: then UCSF's and there is no correspondence Just cut and run.

I Love Dr. Casse!
I've been seeing Dr. Casse for years for my annual screenings. She is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Her staff if great too. FYI: Reno Tahoe Dermatology is her own new practice opened in 2022. For those in my age range Medicare is accepted. She is no longer at Nevada Dermatology.
