I went to Eastern physical medicine and rehabilitation for just about a year-and-a-half and what I have to say is today I was discharged and I worked really hard to do everything that I was supposed to do there and the doctor mr. Cross is the one who discharged me and I hope you read this Mr. Cross I want to thank you for discharging me, but what I do not want to thank you for is mocking me for being a Christian. I am a child of God and you do not know me personally and you do not know what is in my heart so just remember this; you did a favor to me today by discharging me. Thank you for that, but that was God working miraculously in my favor! I do not worship religion, I do not worship a pastor, I worship the one and only Jesus Christ and I hope that one day you will understand what I was trying to say and thank you very much for discharging me today for I no longer need any medication because there is one healer one great doctor and that is my God and my Jesus Christ!!!

Dr. Billy Smith and Harry Cross PA have both been very kind, compassionate understanding and genuinely seem to care about me and my physical issues. I would highly recommend them both.

I’m a patient at Eastern Physical Medicine and Rehabilatation. I’ve been seen by both Dr. Smith and Harry Cross PA-C. Dr. Smith is very caring about his patients and works with them if the need arises such as an increase in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Smith. In my experience with Mr. Cross he is rude and condescending. If you have a concern he tends not to listen but will talk over you instead. He is totally unhelpful and comes across that it’s his job to take everyone off of their medication rather than form a game plan that includes these medications. I have never had a problem such as pill count being off or with my urine drug screen showing something it shouldn’t. But I was told with no uncertain terms that “I’d better keep it that way or he would take my medicine away and I would just be out of luck”. If anyone is considering this pain clinic Dr. Smith is the one to see. **I gave 2 stars above because of Harry Cross PA-C, I would give Dr. Smith 5 stars.**

Dr. Smith has been my pain management doctor for almost 5 years. He and his staff have always provided excellent consultation and prescription medications service for me!! They actually LISTEN to you and respond accordingly. His office will work with you with payments and dealing with insurance companies. I will HIGHLY recommend this facility!!

He’s been My doctor for many years and I wouldn’t trade him for nothing and I thank you a lot Dr. Smith for all you’ve done for me

Dr Smith is the most honest sincere doctor who actually cares and listens to you because he knows that your overall health effects your chronic n severe pain for which he's very knowledgeable about about all kinds of chronic n severe pain n he's compassionate n empathetic to those of us that have no normalcy of life without managing our pain and getting it down to a tolerable stage so that we can have some form of independent functioning life but it's very smart with common sense to know if someone's lying pretending they're in greater pain in order to receive more or higher doeses of narcotics to feed their addiction they've caused themselves from abusing their meds and this is my opinion as to why anyone would give such a bad review on such a caring understanding humane personable pain specialist such as himself

Dr. Smith is an Awesome, friendly and easy to talk with. He truly cares about my situation and always makes himself available to listen to my health concerns well as answer any questions I may have. I am a long term patient of Dr, Smith and wouldn't trade him for another physician. He has been extremely great in addressing my pain issues. The staff is very friendly. I never have to wait a long time to be seen. I am very satisfied with Dr. Smith and the entire staff at Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Very caring Doctor. He is a very respectable and understanding doctor. Dr. Smith is easy to talk too. He treats you like a person. The staff in his office are also wonderful.

I only have one complaint-they seem to overbook. I’ve had a long waiting period almost every time I’ve been there. Not just 5-10 minutes often as much as 30+

I have been a patient for some time. I recently added to my pain issues by tearing a ligament in my ankle/foot, then gout. I was in pain, but able to deal with it. I forgot to change my patch and within 12 hrs I started having the worst pain in my foot and ankle, not to mention my other pain. I never felt the medicine working until I didn't have it. That's when I realized that he was prescribing me just the right amount for "all" my needs. It was only going to my pain receptors! Excellent Doctor

Dr. Smith saved my life. I have been dealing with excruciating pain for over 3 years due to multiple issues. He listens, examines, and does what is necessary to help ease these pains. Had I not found Dr. Smith's practice, I would be on Full Disability, but because of his help, I am able to work and feel like a productive member of society. Mary Shaw is just as wonderful. I could not make it without this practice.

Let's face it no one enjoys going to the doctor. However should you have to go to a pain management office , I highly recommend Eastern Physical Medicine and Rehab. I have been going here for over 5 years now. Dr Billy Smith and his associates genuinely care about their patients. They show empathy and compassion and you're always greeted with a smile. I could not be happier with the care I receive there. As a bonus very rarely have I had to wait to get back and see him.

Very great doctor I've been seeing him for years now and I enjoy only seeing him!!! I like only seeing one doctor and them knowing my history!!

It is difficult to believe that these are actually medical practitioners. The office, doctors and so-called medical assistants make little or no effort to help patients beyond the absolute minimum necessary to collect the insurance, which seems to the the real reason Dr. Smith has this practice. I shall call my primary-care physician today and attempt to change my pain-management practice. This one is worse than any I can imagine.

I've been under a physician's care for upward of 10 years due to pain. I am new to this Dr due to uncontrollable circumstances, very first visit he changed my entire rx medication regimen that I have been using for a while which was working and threw me onto the fentanyl patch which my body isn't tolerated. I've been trying to speak to the Dr or a nurse for a month since my initial appointment and they can't even bother to return my calls. Stay away!!
