Badly managed
Office is not well run. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment to find a small room filled with about 15 people and not one empty seat, people standing in the hallway. Waited 30 minutes past appointment for an eye exam. Put into a room without a phoropter, told to cover one eye to read some letters on the wall. Then told to go back in the waiting room. When I asked the Dr if she will be dilating my eyes she replied yes. Funny she did not apply drops to my eyes before telling me to go back to the waiting room. When asked how long the exam will take she replied 2-3 hours. Never in my 60 years have I needed more than 30 minutes for a full eye exam. This practice is horrendous. I can't trust any Dr who operates this way. She was cycling the same group of patients in and out of the exam room every 5 minutes without actually completing a full exam.

The wait time was minimal, the staff was professional and courteous. I have been a patient for 3 years now. Dr. Roberts is the best ophtalmologist I have dealt with. She explains everything and present the options for treatment in a very comforting, concise and satisfactory manner. I highly recommend her for any eyes issues.

Dr. Roberts was able to perform surgery on my right eye, and have me leave the same day. She had to place a lens into my eyes. It was a major thing for me. I am Asian with problems with my eyes, so I am super sensitive about having anything done to my eyes.

My criteria of rating a medical doctor or specialist are as follows: 1) correct diagnosis; 2) correct treatment including surgical treatment; 3) others aspects. Dr. Robert Bingjing performed two ptotic surgeries for my wife with ideally satisfactory results. Dr. Robert Bingjing performed two cataract surgeries for me with ideally satisfactory results. Recently I visited 5 specialists for my epiretinal membrane, all of them were surprised at the excellent cataract surgeries and ask me who the surgeon was. I told them it was Dr. Robert Bingjing who performed the medical operations (They didn't know her). What I need is nothing but satisfactory therapeutic result. I strongly recommend Dr. Robert Bingjing.
