I was initially impressed and comfortable with this Doctor until he became lax with replying to my requests for test results. My last medical situation required medication and he sat on the results for close to a week before I ultimately ended up having to come in to Urgent Care. I kept checking on kp.org but to no avail. When I emailed him, he had a Nurse reply to me with a generic reply about him being busy. I did NOT feel valued as a patient. I still have not heard back from him, NEW DR now!
