This goes back to 2019. He seemed very disinterested in my last appt. When I tried to make a new one the staff ghosted me. Kindly Dr. Nazareth was a godsend after this experience.

He is a decent Doctor but is staff is TERRIBLE
If you don't care about being spoken down to or lied to by the intake person or front staff, then this is the place for you. If you would like to be treated with respect, you will need to go someplace else. The doctor appears competent and somewhat caring, but wow, the other people in his office truly hate people. I feel bad for people who are trapped here, especially those who have issues communicating, because there is some ableist crazy here.

Excellent doctor
Dr. Labib is very caring and listens to one’s concerns. My condition needed immediate attention and he helped me “miss a bullet”.Many are concerned with his staff choices, and I must agree, he hasn’t all ways made wise choices. However, I go to a doctor for the doctor, not the staff!

Great doctor! Terrible front office
I was referred to Dr And went for an initial visit. He was knowledgeable, and very nice. He sent me for blood work and a scan. The lab sent me a bill saying Medicare and my secondary insurance deemed the lab work unnecessary! I called the lab and found they had sent the bill without a code. This was in October 23. Since then I have spent hours on the phone trying to reach Dr. Labibs office or him personally and his front office either never answers, never returns calls, and is rude and totally incompetent! I am reporting this! I was a front office manager for 45 years and it’s unbelievable that Dr. Labib keeps these employees! I so not have an HMO and pay over 300. A month for secondary ins. This should have easily been covered with two insurances! My neurologist retired and I needed a new one since I have neuropathy and double dropfoot! I won’t go back to Dr. Labib, because of his front office. So my hunt continues! What a shame!

Dr. Bishoy Labib is a very knowledgeable and very personable doctor. He orders the appropriate testing and labs. He has been my neurologist for over 10 years and kept me very healthy and active. I never have any problems making or changing appointments with his staff, the staff is friendly.

Dr Labib's support staff, in particular his assistant who is sometimes referred to as his nurse ( as of July 2021), is sorely inadequate for the job. There are no options to communicate with the doctor directly outside of the actual appointment time and she is the firewall. Nothing can get done without going through her. Drs orders were miscommunicated, prescriptions called in days / week after the doctor prescribed them (and that's with regular calls requesting it) calls were not returned, and all with a curt disrespectful attitude. I was only with him for few months but have concluded that I'd rather suffer symptoms and have NO dr rather than going back to his office and am currently on a waitlist for another doctor. Support staff can make or break a place.. and the people he hired do the job are bringing him down.

Dr Labib saw my husband in September 2018 and prescribed medication for Trigeminal Nerve pain. I notice some loss of gait and trouble I called his office numerous times and he would not return my call. I also attend his office with my husband. Dr. Labib did not acknowledge my presence not return my calls. My husband fell and ended up in ER

Saw the doctor for memory evaluation. The nurse gave the test and I couldn’t understand her through her mask. Had an EEG, blood test and sonogram on carotid arteries and the doctor has never called back with any results in 3 weeks. Tried to get test results sent to my primary care doctor. Dr. Labib’s staff were not helpful. Had to call several times to get results forward. The only answers I got came from my primary care doctor.

The front office is absolutely awful. They are very difficult to get paperwork and records from, and they give a lot of incorrect information about how to get the documents. A nightmare.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! He doesn't pay attention... I took my parents to these appointments and have never seen a doctor so disinterested...in fact he misdiagnosed my Dad and overmedicated him making him very ill for years! New Doctor took Dad of the meds....HE HAS HIS LIFE BACK!! Find a Doctor that likes old people. Not one that doesn't value life at ALL stages...the elderly deserve that Dr. Labib! Don't just chalk symptoms up to "old age"

Dr. Labib will take your money but he's barely half interested in doing his job. He likes to order tests that can be done in his office. $$$, but after all the tests are done there are no conclusions or summary of your problem, or even a referral to someone who can help you. This doctor has poor communication skills.

After a very unfortunate and traumatic accident on a Saturday morning, I had the great fortune to find myself and Dr. Labib's capable and compassionate care! The fact that this doctor took time away from his family on a holiday to arrange for the testing I needed immediately spoke volumes to me!! And, in the follow up visits after all of the additional testing he had ordered, I found him to be A doctor of great integrity and sensitivity, as well as being knowledgeable, kind and thorough.

I described my experience with Dr. Labib, before I had even seen him because I had the benefit of being able to see two psychologists. I was intimidated by the reviews I'd read. I decided to proceed with Dr. Labib. I found him to be personable, attentive to my concerns and pro-active in helping me resolve my issue. I still don't have the final answer to my question, because of delays in tests he wanted. I'll be seeing him for my follow up appointment soon. I'll try to report back.
