Dr. Burman was simply wonderful. Everything perfectly explained. She also heard me. A balanced exchange. In two small, yet important gestures, she reassured me. A simple hand on the shoulder, twice. I experienced an event after being discharged. Her office called to check on things. Genuinely concerned.

Dr Burman is a literal angel. She should teach the class to drs on patient communication and empathy. She is so smart, caring, and proactive. I could not ask for a better dr.

Dr. Burman was my second opinion after a not so good 1st opinion with a doctor that scared me in that he made it sound as if I was going to die in a week if I didn't take his proposed very aggressive medication. Hence, my second opinion with Dr. Burman. I knew the moment I met her that she was the Doctor for me. She is kind, compassionate and listened to my concerns and aversions to taking a heap of aggressive pills. We discussed treatment as starting out slow, she addressed all my concerns and in working together we have had great success in my treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Burman as she's just a really cool person and her passion for her specialty is evident. She truly cares for her patients as people.
