Dr Gheorghiu was very mild mannered and friendly. He scanned my chart and I discussed with him all of the procedures prior to my visit. He asked me about my symptoms and very quickly diagnosed my chronic pain as intercostal neuralgia. I believe Dr Gheorghiu is experienced with this condition and well versed with curing my pain. It was a very comforting experience and I’m hoping he can end my intercostal neuralgia.

Was seen here bc my old neurologist retired. I ask for a change in my meds bc they wasn't working so was referred somewhere else.. well almost 2 yrs later I still haven't been able to get my appointment I was referred to.. after several, several times of calling and going there being told all your information has been sent I drove the 40 min ride to that dr who then had trouble getting my information as well! This place is slackers that just take your money and do nothing else! Go somewhere else!

I just love Dr. Gheorghiu. I have seen many Neurologist in my time from Charleston, SC to Duke and Texas. None can compare to Dr. Gheorghiu. He is patient, kind and always takes the time to hear me when I need him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a need in his field of study.

Disreputable. Failed lumbar puncture put wife back in ER. Meanwhile Gheorghiu is out on one of his 3 day weekends (check his schedule, every weekend is a 3 day weekend). He offered no means of staying in touch with his office following her procedure. After MS diagnosis he wasn't available for over a month - then rescinded the diagnosis.
