He took excellent care of my father, a dementia patient, when he was admitted to the hospital with a broken tibia and his knee replacement had separated from the bone. He showed the utmost concern and compassion. He would not release him until we had a good treatment plan. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Kawinski.

Worst doctor I have ever dealt with. He handles patients admitted to the St. Joseph campus. Is egotistical and when you question his judgement his attitude becomes confrontational. He frequently disregards findings and treatments from specialists if you question why he doing things differently than their plan of treatment. Request another house dr. or suffer the consequences.
