Dr. Boni Elewski, MD

I agree with the negative reviews. I’m not sure if the positive reviews are even real. I did give Dr. Elewski 3 shots, and it was total disappointment each time. She does not listen. She does not explain. She does not answer my valid or important questions. She doesn’t seem super knowledgeable on medications since she has pulled her phone out to ask google 2 of the 3 visits. She has poor bedside manner and absolutely no compassion. She is very blunt and says hurtful things without batting an eye. I was hoping all of these negatives would be worth it, but since my issues are still going strong, I am going to a new provider.

She is the absolute best and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her explaining everything and for being so kind and nice.

Saw her for my condition. She did not know the treatments for the last ten years of research. Which she should have known as a Chief of Dermatology chief. She was very nice, but treatment was ineffective due to not knowing the research. I am now seeing another dermatologist who DID know the research. My condition is improving rapidly because his treatments are current.

I was diagnosed with rosacea (she confirmed my self diagnosis). I went for several visits and got a good outcome, for which I am grateful. But the visits never felt about me. It seemed about the residents. She expounded at length on my questions that allowed her to teach the residents. Questions that mattered to me but weren’t “good” questions (for them) were trivialized or unanswered. I asked her about some spots on my face and she flatly said, “you’re getting old. “ Ouch; I was 47 not 80.

I absolutely love her! She’s the best! She is very compassionate and caring. I’m thankful she’s my doctor.
