Staff incompetent. I needed a letter from the doctor. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t even dated. So the letter couldn’t be used. The doctor herself is aloof. I felt like she was somewhere else in her mind while I was speaking. She was fake nice to my face but when I reviewed my records, she missed a lot of what I said and didn’t say very nice things about me. She didn’t order the right tests I needed to figure out what my health issue was. I suffered longer than I needed to because she was disinterested and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. She is also not holistic as she claims. She’s is very conventional medicine thinking.

Dr. Bobot treats her patients like she would treat her friends or family; she genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. Dr. Bobot listens to what you have to say and involves you in treatment discussions to figure out the best option. She is so ontop of things, and always responds to emails asap, even on Sundays. She is by far the sweetest, kindest, and overall best doctor I've ever been to.
