Rude
Dr Padwa is rude, insensitive and condescending. Her PA, nurse and administrative staff however are very knowledgeable and good with patients.

Dr. Padwa is very cold and does not like to be questioned. My daughter has anxiety and questions that they she was finding offensive. She said my daughters questions were making her feel like we thought she didn’t know what she was doing. She was very offended that we had so many questions. She said she didn’t have time to explain this to us because because she had done the planning. It’s very sad to part ways with padwa because she is a great surgeon but she does not have bedside manner and does not like to spend much time with patients.

Dr. Padwa and her wonderful stuff did a FANTASTIC job with my 11 year old daughter during her oral surgery. They managed her anxiety beautifully and she had absolutely no pain. I will definitely choose them again in the future if the need arises.

My wife and I would give her 10 stars if we could. Down-to-earth, experienced, brilliant, skilled. ,If you need this type medical care (pediatric alveolar bone graft), RUN to her.

My daughter and I met with Dr Padwa on three different occasions to prepare for orthognathic surgery to correct an open bite. I found her rather cold the first 2 times we met with her but as she seemed to have a good reputation we proceeded. The third time we met was supposed to be to have my daughter examined and then schedule her surgery and Dr Padwa was more than cold - she was arrogant and out right rude. At no time did she explain the procedure and did nothing to make us comfortable.
