I have been seeing Dr. Walsh for years. And I must say I have never met a doctor who listened to my concerns or questions about what's going on in my health life as well as she does. I don't mind going to the doctor If I know I can tell her what my problem is and trust her to help me find a solution. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find It. Anyone who has her as a doctor is very lucky indeed.

Excellent Visit with Dr. Walsh
I met with Dr. Walsh today and had a outstanding visit and exam! Dr. Walsh answered all my questions and when above and beyond my scheduled appointment by working me into her schedule to take care of additional medical concerns that I had. I will definitely be returning and using Dr. Walsh for my primary care doctor!

I was a patient of Dr. Walsh for less than a year, and realized for the first time in my life I had absolutely no control over my own healthcare. She was dismissive, somewhat condescending, didn’t welcome me taking an active role or interest in my own healthcare, didn’t seek out further testing or explanations. I’m happy to have left GRH and be part of the VVH system now. A world of difference, and I have my health back on track.

Terrible bedside manner, cold, uncaring, unapproachable, unprofessional. Im not sure how or why she is still there. Because of her, I do not use any valley view services because I don't trust their standards employee hiring. It's actually really sad. Now I understand the terrible reviews on here. The way she'd treat anyone like this including another professional in the community makes me wonder why she is still there?

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Doctor. Dr. Walsh seems cold and aloof. I felt that she didn't take my symptoms and distress seriously. Test results were not communicated in a timely manner and not explained. I will never return to Dr. Walsh.

I had the absolute worst experience in the health clinic with Bonnie Walsh. After having epilepsy 10 years, this has been my worst experience with a doctor. She told me I could have a seizure everyday and she would not help me. She told me I don’t care about my epilepsy and talked as though I actually like having SEIZURES. Very unprofessional. After icing an area with frozen baggie which I dropped on the floor!! She picked it up and told me to reuse it!!! And put it on my open injection sites. What kind of Doctor or health specialist EVER does that. One big mistake is too bad. Being not sanitary is gross. Then she had the courage leaving w ahhhh, like I was not important patient making me feel used. Will never go there again. She needs to be reported as neglecting practitioner.

Unlikely. Dr. Walsh was caring and compassionate but her medical assistant and billing dept. was extremely uneducated. The med asst did not understand the simplest items including where a person's waste is. She measured my directly beneath my breasts...my bra band. The billing dept. is horrible. Annual Physicals are covered 100% by insurance but they refused to code it appropriately. I requested an annual physical and received an annual physical but I guess they choose whatever coding they want
