I chose Dr. Bonte based primarily because she has virtual/telephone appointments available. My first visit was a telephone call which is great due to the current pandemic. My next visit I went to see her in office. I was hesitant but relented since I never met her in person. She ordered blood work that she has failed to discuss the results, It’s been more than a month. She wants me to come into the office and now states that it is required for her to fill my prescription. I explained that there is no need for me to come into her office during a pandemic. She then cancelled my prescription without telling me anything. I have no pills and will not be able to see my new doctor (virtual visit) for a month. That means I will have no pills for a month. I have hypertension and it’s been a week since I had meds. I explained to her staff/assistant and manager that my insurance requires 90 day supply on prescriptions.
