Dr. Boris Sidow, DDS

Never have I had such a terrible experience at a Doctors office in my life, Dr. Sidow started out with lots of arrogance and then on to just plain rude in an arrogant way. He asked me questions and I had questions too but I was scared to ask anything but I did and I said “may I ask you something and he responded “ ask who me? And I said yes then he threw his pen down and pushed the chart away and crossed his arms and to me then ask me really rude like. As I was enduring his rudeness and I was beginning to get scared, I started to cry and I got up and said I have to leave here and I was asked what’s wrong? & was told just sit down and so I did hoping he would apologize but he tried to justify his rude manner with that’s just the way I am. So then I had enough and expressed my feelings and I told him I don’t like the way he is treating me, he then says he is joking, not once did he say I’m joking. There was way more that transpired but have ran out of space here. I’m never going back.

Dr. Boris Sidow is truly a wonder caring compassionate Doctor. He extracted My tooth & it was truly one of the best experience I’ve had in My 57 yrs of life. The staff is pleasant, office is very clean. A very warm environment. I would certainly recommend Dr. Sidow to My Family & Friends.

Very rude. No bedside manner what so ever. Tried to explain paperwork needed filled out for my fiance's FMLA for the removal of teeth. He got confrontational and had his nurse discharge us and threw us out of his office. Sent her medications to the wrong pharmacy. Then when he called to follow up on her he responded to my "Hello" with a "I'm not a bill collector". That is what really set us off. Had no problem with us paying upfront on all the work that she needed. We are never going back to him. He will never get a referral from us. Never been disrespected like that before and a complaint with the Dept of Dentistry has been filed.

why are you attempting third molars, how bout let the surgeon do what they were trained to do. i see this as another means of revenue all the while your restorative skills are lacking. oh boy, i feel like a surgeon now, until............the problem, then i get lumped into the news media frenzy the next day. Gen Dentists, stay in you lane and treat the patient appropriately, if you don't have a microscope you shouldn't to endo, if you dont have all the surgical armamentarium then dont to surgery. stick with what you know and be excellent at it. cuz when you screw up the extraction you just lost time patients and what is important to you ...... money.

I will never recommend this office he was very rude and has no bed side manners. I went to talk to him about getting my wisdom teeth removed and he rushed the visit and told me i should look into going somewhere else.

Immediately and Incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Was there to get an oral surgery consult to remove wisdom teeth.

I would not recommend Dr. Sidow to anyone!! Although he has a kind, caring nursing staff, he is very rude and has an awful chair side manner! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sidow and she woke up during the procedure. He began speaking to her in a very unprofessional, rude manner while she was still in the chair. By the time he completed extracting the wisdom teeth, my daughter was so upset she could not even speak.

Quick and no bedside manner! His staff took 3 months to correctly Bill my insurance and reimburse my money they needed up front! Then we're rude when I called weekly about my money! My insurance pays 100% so get pre qualified first!

He was great with my son who was having the work done. But told my 18 month old she needed to quiet down she would upset the other patients. She wasn't crying just a little whiney. I was floored. By all means doctor if you think you can get a toddler to sit in silence go for it. He is condescending.. Dr. Sidow, work on how you treat others in your office. front desk lady that's older is rude and all business. Does not care about you or your situation money wise. Ladies in the back super nice.

I will never go to him criticize me as a person right there with my child was in the room with me I already knew what I did wrong I did not take care of my teeth I didn't need to be criticized I was in too much pain for him to sit there and down me as a person I will never go back to him. Is bad when you walked out of a dentist's office with tears in your eyes because you got disrespected front of your own child no man should talk to a woman or any other person that way so everybody be warned
