Dr. Brad Russell, MD

We were very happy to have Dr Russell as our ER Dr. He impressed us with his knowledge, experience and concern for my brother in law who had serious symptoms. He wasted no time in ordering a series of tests. He explained everything that was going to is. We highly recommend him.

He is very rude and dismissive. He came at me very wrong and now I am scared to go to a hospital for fear of being treated how he treated me. I should have walked out and went somewhere else. I am sitting at home crying. He made me feel so stupid for going in. He seems to lack compassion. I don't understand why he is in medicine. I thought doctors are suppose to have compassion. He doesn't listen to your concerns or brushes them off and tells you are wrong.

Dr. Russell was rude, refused to allow me privacy for questions, ignored me and focused on his computer screen when I tried to ask questions and was told he had "lots of other sick people to wait on" when I wanted to clarify what my health issue was. His idea of explaining my health issue was to Google search on my phone and not put anything on my paperwork. He was without compassion and I felt he did not care. Doctors are supposed to restore your quality of life, but instead I was treated less than human and left in tears.
