Got a collections bill a year after my visit to the ER, I was unaware of the bill never contacted to fix the situation, the hospital was able to get ahold of my insurance but somehow his billing company wasn’t, even though Ive only very had one insurance company. his billing company is outsourced and is very hard to understand. I’ve been fighting this charge for months and they are super unhelpful, slimy, and liars, I’ve had to call multiple times for them just to say “I don’t know why it wasn’t fixed but I will help you” then the exact same thing happened when I follow up. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone it’s been a total night mare.

His finance company is a joke. He doesn’t send a bill directly to you or your insurance, so you’ll go into collections and get your credit destroyed. If you have an emergency and get him as a doctor make sure he bills you correctly.

Unfortunately, I had two visits to the Emergency Room at Pomona Valley Hospital within a short amount of time back in 2016. Fortunately for me, Dr. Hardesty was the ER doctor both times. I had never been treated by a doctor before with such kindness and professionalism as I was by Dr. Hardesty. Thank God for him.

Excellent ER doctor! Knows how to handle the incredible pressure of prioritizing care and is able to bring borderline patients through and remain alive despite severe conditions and long odds that they wouldn't normally make it.
