Superb revision of a failed total hip replacement
Dr. Waddell is the one to go to if you have a problem with a previous hip replacement. He handles the most complex cases with confidence, bringing his experience and skill to bear. I recommend him without reservation. I had a hip replacement that always had a lingering ache. After ten years, the prosthesis finally loosened and failed entirely. I limped with crutches into Dr. Waddell's office, and he assured me he could fix it, and he did. For the last five years, I have had NO pain at all in that hip. I mostly forget that I ever had my hip replaced. Thank you, Dr. Waddell.

Hip replacement surgery on 111824 awesome 5 star
Dr. Waddell and staff are 5 stars plus all the way. I’m 6 days out from left hip replacement and I am walking with a cane. No pain at all, surgery took an hour and I’m amazed at Anterior Approach and recovery time.Just can’t be more positive on the total experience. The Carroll Clinic and Dr. Waddle are without a doubt clearly the best.

Walking explained
This is not about a visit but about surgery results. I had a repair of torn, and ruptured muscle that affected my ability to walk. The injury was acute however, the condition that led to the injury was chronic making it difficult for me to walk for the last 10 years. My walking gait was severely affected, and I was no longer able to exercise as I needed nor to walk upstairs nor to live a normal life. My surgery was a year ago in February and now I am enjoying walking again! I really never believed I would be able to walk like I am now. I don’t really know what to say other than I am 100% satisfied and hopeful for continued improvement . I am now optimistic that I can enjoy my retirement with the quality of life that I thought was over! Thank you, Dr. Waddell.

Service Quality
I arrived 2 hours early due to flying from out of town. Checked in and expected to have may regular time. Dr. Waddell saw me earlier and I got back to airport in plenty of time. He diagnosed my issue and will do some physical therapy and evaluate in 6 weeks. Dr Waddell and his staff are professional and take care of business. Highly recommend!

hip revision
Dr. Waddell was wonderful. The division went well. The original surgery left me with months of pain, Dr Waddell found out what was causing the pain, operated on my hip, and it has been much better. He followed me through my rehab at Legacy in Plano, TX, and he has been available to help me even after the rehab,

Very bad communication, poor folllow up
I cannot get anyone from his office to respond to email or voicemail, and this is just weeks after my surgery. He’s a good surgeon but his support staff is awful. Very poor communication and customer service.

Fantastic doctor. Not only was he a "10" as a surgeon, but he was caring & listened. Did an anterior hip joint replacement on my husband a yr. ago and we can't say enough good things about it. We were truly blessed to have found Dr. Waddell & we wish him the best.

Dr. Waddell was so attentive and such a great listener. Even after I asked all 3,900,000 of my questions, he remained engaged and polite. By the time I left his office, I felt confident in what we discussed and the Plan of Care set forth. Great experience!

I was told on January 19th 2020 that I would never walk again without a cane or a walker because of a botched knee replacement surgery. The surgeon who gave me that 2nd opinion said if he was going to have knee revision surgery that he would only go to Dr. Brad Waddell. I saw Dr. Waddell on January 26th and he reassured me that he could fix the issues. We scheduled surgery on May 8th and six days later I was walking completely on my own. The only thing that is better than Dr. Waddell's skill is his bedside manner. He patiently answers any questions that we had and he, not his staff, called to check on me. Dr. Waddell gave me my life back and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Actually a surgical procedure more than a visit. Dr, Waddell completed a full Hip Replacement on me on March 9th. Today is March 24 and I drove myself to my follow up appointment and haven't needed any walking assistance since March 15th. According to the research that I have done that is rare and can only happen when the Surgeon performs a virtually prefect procedure.....and that is just what Dr Waddell did! I absolutely cannot begin to give him a rating high enough to match the job that he did, and when you throw in that he has been a pleasure to work with as well that sums up my feelings about my experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Bradford S. Waddell. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Before my husband's hip replacement he took time to explain step by step the procedure of a hip replacement and the recovery. After explaining the procedures Dr. Waddell listened to our questions and provided us with excellent feedback. The hip replacement was a success!

I don’t recommend this doctor. Staff is incredibly rude. I was laughed at and belittled over the phone multiple occasions. Near impossible to get an appointment. Very disappointed with my experience with this doctor and staff despite being highly thought of/recommended by many.
