Dr. Bradley Christensen, MD

Thorough, very professional and compassionate.

If you want false hope and a very blunt Dr go with this guy. His office called and scheduled two appointments for further treatment after discussing hospice possibility, so there was hope his 'practice' was working. A few hours later called again and cancelled both appointments apologizing saying there was nothing more that could be done with only weeks left to live. I understand exhausting resources, but to play with people's emotions like that is unacceptable. No medical professional that genuinely cares about helping their patients would ever let that happen.

I was under Dr. Christensen’s care at Sammons Cancer Center and had an extremely disappointing experience. My medical records contained repeated inaccuracies—listing me as being in relapse when multiple tests confirmed I was in remission. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, the documentation was never corrected. Communication was poor, and after questioning these issues, my ability to message Dr. Christensen directly via the patient portal was suddenly removed without explanation.Plans for aggressive treatment were documented before results or informed consent, disregarding my input and test results. I felt more like a billing code than a patient. I’ve since requested to transfer my care to another oncologist.Patients deserve transparent, patient-centered care—not charting errors, lack of accountability, and blocked access when we ask valid questions. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

Dr Christensen and his staff are very professional and care about your health and cancer treatment.

Dr. Christensen has been open to listening to all my questions. I never feel rushed during my appointments. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Christensen is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and is very good at explaining what can be very difficult to understand. He is caring and never rushes thru visits. When he is with you, you are his only patient and only focus. He stays current on the evolving treatment options and truly works with patients to find the best solution for them.

Dr Christensen is an amazing doctor. He truly cares about the overall health & life of his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable & spends all the time necessary to keep in communication with my entire medical team of doctors & make the best decisions for my care. He answers any & all questions myself or my family has, listens to me when I need to vent & provides any education I need. My condition is lifelong, so it’s very comforting to know I have an incredible doctor on my medical team.

Dr. Christensen spent plenty of time explaining what was wrong, what to do about it, his observations and conclusions regarding my treatment.

Dr. Christensen is an outstanding doctor. He diagnosed my issue, prescribed a treatment plan, and monitored my progress until completion. He was always professional, friendly, and empathetic. I never felt rushed. To the contrary, he was a good listener who responded to my questions and concerns. I feel very fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Christensen.

Dr. Christensen was very thorough. Spent the necessary time to explain the results of my blood test and what it means going forward. Only prescribed the meds for the short term. I’m glad to have established a hematologist if I need one in the future.

Dr. Christiansen is so kind and caring. He genuinely cares for your health. This world needs more Drs like him. Highly recommend!

Knowledge and ability to communicate problems and steps that need to be taken

Dr. C is amazing! While 90% of my doctors spent less than 5 minutes with me, he is the complete opposite. Dr. Christensen spends quality time with me, providing knowledgeable answers as well as compassionate care. He thoroughly ensures I'm aware and completely educated as to my condition. Dr. C truly makes my plan of care my OWN, and consults with me every step of the way.

I was nervous about being there however the staff and Dr. Christensen are very compassionate and helpful. Truly made my experience a positive one even with my diagnosis. I would highly recommend Tx Oncology at Charles A Sammans Center. Dr. Christensen is soft spoken, takes time with you and answers all questions.

Very refreshing to have a doctor that takes the time to explain your situation to you and then waits to be sure you understand. He acts like he really cares about your situation. Wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Christensen.

He is everything you could hope for in a doctor, well informed, efficient and caring.
