I appreciated the thorough approach to helping me. He listened when I explained my issues. He understood my concerns. He then came up with a path forward. I am confident that he will get to the root of my problems. And, for that, I am so grateful.

Fantastic and caring doctor.
Thank heavens for Dr. Creel as if it weren't for his 'Rather to be safe than sorry' view of my situation I would have been grossly misdiagnosed! Can't say enough about his care and concern and the feeling that he is really listening to you! Thank you Dr. Creel!!

Best gastroenterologist in Murphy, NC
Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful, including Dr Creel. I felt more like I was visiting family than seeing a doctor. He explained everything very well. I definitely recommend him for any gastrointestinal need you may have.

Had a few minutes wait time to get into the room, and Dr. Creel was not far behind. Very personal and caring about my friend and her problem.

Horrible Doctor
This doctor is horrible in my opinion, he diagnoses wrong and puts you on meds knowing you could not afford them. Worst doctor ever.

Good Doctors - HORRIBLE Support Staff and Billing
While I will give Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates' Doctors (Dr. Creel) a high mark, I will never go there again. Their front desk staff (at 550 Peachtree) is worthless and rude and their billing department even worse. They charged me a $500 deposit/copay before they would do my procedure and now my insurance has paid 100%. I have spent "hours" on the phone (when they actually answer) trying to get a response as to when to expect my refund. I assure you, if I owed them $500, they would be hounding me to death for it (if not sending it to collections). Perhaps I should contact a collections agency and request they start calling AGA daily requesting my refund. HORRIBLE experience and from reading the other reviews here and on other sites, it sounds like I am not in this situation alone.

Friendly Personable Service
My second visit with Dr. Creel was pretty much like the first. He came in, politely introduced himself again, we shook hands and he started by asking me how I'd been. We discussed my most recent lab work and arranged for both follow-up lab work and a routine colonoscopy. Very pleasant Doctor to work with, leaves you with the impression that he cares about your health and wants to help you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Creel for 5 years. It is always so pleasant to visit him and his front desk staff. Dr. Creel is clear and concise when information is exchanged, but what seems to be lacking in today’s society- Dr. Creel has! He is warm and courteous. He is genuinely caring and kind in addition to being an excellent doctor.

Best Dr. Around
This is one of the best Dr's. That i have had the pleasure of meeting I was so nervous I would get a rude, cut it short, dont really care kind of Dr. again. As soon as he walked into the room.. He was very friendly, positive, kind, caring and was ready to help me resolve my issues. I was beginning to feel i would never find a Dr who cared, would listen or help me.. I'm so thankful I was referred to him.. I feel I'm finally in good hands at last..
