He even showed me how to do stretching exercises on my IT band. Brad has done both of my shoulder surgeries and he is always exceptionally thorough and conscientious so is his staff.

Don't do double knee replacement even if MD saysOK
Granted, having never had major surgery, I admit to not knowing what I don't/didn't know, but isn't that why we hire professionals, to educate us? Medication commercials on TV say at the bottom of the screen "possible side effects may include", why not for major surgery? I was assured I'd have a good four or five days more of recovery by doing both, but I was healthy and my legs were strong, I should be just fine. I didn't know that pain mgmt does not mean pain free; took 13 days to get some regular level of relief that I could sleep/live with; I was incontinent for four days; had blinding pain, saw only white lights for minutes on end; hallucinations; crushing depression thinking this was the rest of my life. So, poor communication for what was coming, six weeks later I am mobile, still with regular, milder pain, no contact from the office unless the staple removal was the follow-up. And the on-call MD, his associate, refused my call over a weekend when I needed advice. Not happy

I've had ACL replacement, meniscus repair×2, carpal tunnel, and now knee replacement surgery with him and his team. Each and every time it was nothing but an exceptional experience from pre op to post op check in calls from his team..
