Nice facility, clean bathroom & general areas. Pleasant greeter exiting the elevator. Everyone was nice & helpful from first contact to check out staff. I will be transitioning the rest of my family's medical care to Cooper after such recent good experiences in the past year. Thank you!

I got a letter that he's no not accepting patients and only doing EMGs. This is the best thing to happen for patients. I visited him a couple of years ago and brought all my files. He didn't listen to me, saw that I had so many tests done, and wrote me off as depressed. He wrote a letter to my PCP that I didn't need to be referred to specialists any longer, and I was essentially a hypochondriac who needed a psychiatrist and needed to walk more. I know my body, and I knew something was wrong. I found a new neurologist. My pain wasn't "just depression." I had an aggressive tumor in my knee, small-fiber polyneuropathy, two discs in my lumbar spine had completely collapsed, and I have vascular EDS. You can't walk off a tumor. EMGs don't show everything. I could've lost my leg if I had listened to Dr. Grayum's gaslighting. If he didn't know what was wrong, that's fine, but to write me off and tell other doctors to deny me future care, painting me as a hypochondriac, is unacceptable.
