Imagine a conversation with with a long time acquaintance about your serious health problems and plans. Not a close friend who would get caught up in emotions and loss, or even a doctor you've seen for a number of years, but someone who is warm and who listens and asks questions and answers questions you've not been able to ask. Because he's a doctor he can speak knowledgeably about your specific medical issues; symptoms, prognosis, outcome.I had no idea what to expect from my appointment with Dr. Hayward. I thought I might get some practical suggestions about how to live with my symptoms, and I did. I wasn't expecting a conversation that helped me clarify my thoughts and focus my actions.

Dr, Bradley Hayward listened carefully to my health concern. He communicates well in simple layman language. Since this is my first visit,, he took the time to know my history. The whole visit left me feeling reassured and taken cared of. On top of that he was very prompt for the appointment. And most of all he was wearing a mask which I find very considerate.

Dr. Hayward had reviewed my history and reports before my visit. He listened and communicated his medical plan clearly. He answered my questions with patience. He was empathic and very kind. I felt that he cared about me. I have enormous trust and respect for him.

Dr. Hayward is an extremely professional doctor. He asked me pertinent questions, listened thoughtfully to my answers and then offered guidance.

Refusal. to discuss anything or answer questions an have assistant put you off with saying he will only talk about simplest things at some far future date meeting. I am sure Dr Hayward is technically qualified to be a Pulmonologist but he is at the very least a cold fish and high handed.

Dr. Hayward is thorough and personable. He has been very responsive and helped me with short term and ongoing health needs.

I saw Dr. Hayward as part of a consult. He was so thorough, friendly, and kind. He asked many questions, went through an in-depth review of my medical history, and listened carefully to my answers. He was courteous and funny at times. It was a pleasure working with him. I would happily return to him and recommend him.

Put me on a med that would have caused extraordinary damage if another doc had not caught, did not call me back with major diagnosis from test results finally got him 3 days later and he had attitude. Did not advise re prednisone tapering off after prescribing 50mg daily - excruciating. Do ur self a favor.
