Excellent visit explained exactly what was wrong and treatment options

My first appointment went well and I was able to see Dr. Norris. I made a followup appointment on my own, as I have been having recent problems again for a completley torn ACL and Miniscus. After waiting for 1 hour and expecting to see Dr. Norris. . . I was only seen by his PA. Her explanation was that there was nothing that they could do for me until full arthritis had set in my knee and that the pain was unbearable, then to come back in. Extremely unhappy with this followup appointment and NOT seeing Dr. Norris.

Dr. Norris was very informative. He explained what was happening to my shoulder and what he recommended being done to correct this.

He’s a great doctor he takes the time and explains everything he listens to you and your complaints and he’s got a great bedside manner I’ve had one surgery by him my knee my right knee and my knees great my husband had his hip and his knee down by him and we both have glowing reviews about it cause he’s just a great doctor very lucky to have found him bro surgeries I will recommend him very highly

Dr. Bradley was not only professional, he was knowledgeable and explained everything well he also referred me to another specialist Intake people were courteous and thorough

Dr Norris was very thorough. He explained my X-rays so that I understood. He came up with a treatment plan and didn’t push surgery. He was very informative. I didn’t feel rushed and answered all questions that I had.

Dr. Norris replaced my right shoulder in 2018. It is now May of 2022. I have had zero problems with it, and have full range of motion. Dr. Norris’s assistant Kimberly has also seen me on minor issues and her care is also excellent.

I called for an initial appointment. The person wouldn't even talk to me without having insurance information. I explained I changed employer and did not have this info handy at the time. But told her what company i work with; not a small one. She could have looked that up. Very disappointing

Dr Norris left sick I was seen by Kimberley she is awesome so caring and thorough she really loves what she does she has a great aura around her which took my anxiety away immediately for my fear of needles. She injected both of my knees with cortisone and I feel so much better! The entire staff there are very kind also!

I appreciated the expediency of making me an appointment for the day after I called. The office staff were efficient and professional. Dr. Norris discussed the results of my Xrays as we viewed them. He suggested treatment options. I was in/out within 40 minutes! Never felt rushed, it's just that I waited minimal time in the waiting room.

An efficient appointment. Dr. Norris' PA examined my knee and ordered x-rays. In view of the x-rays, Dr. Norris then discussed arrangements for replacement surgery. All in no more than 1 hour

A very learned doctor. He gives explicit, detailed explanations about your specific problem. He is very open to questions and answers you very amicably. He helps you understand the different options for procedures that are necessary to correct and fix hte joint that needs attention. I highly recommend this doctor.

The visit was great. Dr. Norris came in prior to X-Rays on checked my knee. Then sent me for X-Rays and explained very well what was happening. I would recommend Dr. Norris

Dr. Norris is personable and well prepared when meeting with you. He answers all questions and doesn't rush. He cares if you have pain and treats you conservatively.
